F. AWARD CONDITIONS
A. MEMBERSHIP
1. Membership in The Artwright Community is opened to anyone aged 16 and
above except where the program is prohibited by law.
2. Membership commences upon acceptance of the Membership Application by
Artwright.
3. Only natural individual persons are eligible for The Artwright Community
Memberships, with each Member allowed to maintain only one The Artwright
Community account. Corporations and other legal entities cannot enroll as
members.
4. Points earned under The Artwright Community are not transferable.
Enrolment of several persons in a single account (joint account) is not
permitted. Similarly, multiple enrolments by a single person are also not
allowed.
5. Artwright reserves the right to make Artwright Points and promotional
offers available to members based on purchase activity, geographic location
or program participation.
6. No joining and annual subscription fees applicable to joining members.
7. Any Artwright Community Member who fails at any time to earn Artwright
Points for three consecutive years is subject to termination of his/her
membership and forfeiture of accrued Artwright Points.
8. Each member shall be responsible for advising The Artwright Community
Membership Service of any change of personal data in writing. Members will
have access to view and correct their personal data at The Artwright
Community Network. Communications materials are deemed delivered if posted
to the membership address found in the Member’s personal data recorded with
The Artwright Community Membership Services.
9. Some of the personal data will be used for marketing and communication
purposes by Artwright. Members may request to The Artwright Community not to
use their names for direct marketing purposes.
10. Artwright will not be held responsible for any liability if the law of
Malaysia detects the termination of this program.

B. HOW TO EARN ARTWRIGHT POINTS
1. Artwright Points is the base units of measurement in the program.
2. Members shall submit the The Artwright Community Program Project
Registration Form to the The Artwright Community Membership Services to be
eligible for the points allocation.
3. Pooling of Artwright Points is not permitted. Artwright Points may be
earned only by members who have registered accounts with The Artwright
Community Program.
4. Any Artwright or SpaceCom product or service purchased and used by
members will earn Artwright Points.
5. All Artwright Points earned are based on the actual purchased amount. One
Artwright Point will be awarded to every ten Malaysian Ringgit worth of
purchase in Malaysia. Three Artwright Points will be awarded to every ten US
Dollar worth of purchase outside Malaysia.
6. Artwright Points will be awarded Interior Designers, Project Managers and
any relevant role involved in a single project.
7. Artwright reserves the sole discretion to decide the allocation of the
Artwright Points.
8. Member’s accounts will be updated with their points entitlement upon the
full settlement of the purchase invoice.

C. HOW TO CLAIM
THE MISSING ARTWRIGHT POINTS
1. Any member’s purchases done but not submitted to claim Artwright Points
shall have a grace period of 30 days. During this period members are to
submit their claims with the respective form and supporting documents to
their dealers or Artwright Reward Membership Services.
2. Once the Artwright Points have been allocated, the next and later claims
will not be entertained.
3. Members must submit their claim for Artwright Points within 30 days from
the payment date of the Artwright purchases made. Artwright reserves the
rights not to entertain any claim submitted which have passed the 30 days
grace period.

D. HOW TO KEEP
TRACK OF YOUR ARTWRIGHT POINTS
1. Members can at anytime contact Artwright dealers or The Artwright
Community Membership Services directly for the latest update of their
Artwright Points.
2. Members will receive statement on updates of their Artwright Points
status, by air mail or email every calendar quarter.

E. HOW TO BENEFIT
FROM YOUR ARTWRIGHT POINTS
1. Members can check at the Artwright web site www.artwright.com \ The
Artwright Community for the rewards.
2. Members are to submit a Rewards Redemption form, by fax or email, which
member must state their membership number and the Rewards ID which members
would like to claim.
3. All forms have to be submitted to The Artwright Community Membership
Services for processing.
4. The rewards chosen will be sent to the respective member within 30 days
from the date of receiving the Rewards Redemption Form.
5. An amount of Artwright Points equivalent to the reward items chosen will
be deducted from the member’s account upon the dispatch of the
selected reward to the member.

F. AWARD CONDITIONS
1. Any taxes, levies or duties arising out of or in connection with the
receipt of The Artwright Community or benefits by members shall be the
responsibility of and shall be borne by the member.
2. Artwright may amend, change or revise the program rules or benefits under
the program from time to time with or without prior notice, even though such
changes may affect the value of Artwright Points, or awards already
accumulated. Artwright has the right at any time, without limitation among
other things, to initiate any changes in the participating organizations,
changes impacting the rules for earning or redeeming Artwright Points, the
award structure, the availability of awards, the rules for use of awards,
and the features for special offers. Artwright also reserves the right to
terminate the program (or any part thereof) at any time with or without
notice, even though such termination may effect the right to accumulate
Artwright Points or redeem them for awards.
3.It is the responsibility of each Member to keep themselves informed of the
up-to-date rules of The Artwright Community. Continued use of the program by
the member will be deemed as acceptance of the current rules.
4. It is the responsibility of each Member to keep their membership address
up-to-date. Communications sent to member will be deemed delivered if posted
to a membership address. Any change in membership address must be advised in
writing.
5. Artwright reserves for itself the right to interpret and apply the rules
and guidelines in this program. All such determinations by Artwright shall
be final and conclusive in each case.
